US Connect is dedicated to helping our customers who are currently facing hardships as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. As such, we are doing everything possible to keep customers connected during these continued unprecedented times. In response to recent legislation, we’re proud to announce that we will be offering the new Lifeline Program as part of the COVID-19 relief effort
Lifeline is an FCC program that helps make communications services more affordable for low-income consumers. Lifeline provides subscribers a discount on qualifying monthly telephone service, broadband Internet service, or bundled voice-broadband packages purchased from participating wireline or wireless providers such as USConnect Mobile.
Lifeline provides up to a $9.25 monthly discount on service for eligible low-income subscribers and up to $34.25 per month for eligible subscribers on Tribal lands. Subscribers may receive a Lifeline discount on either a wireline or a wireless service, but they may not receive a discount on both services at the same time.
USConnect Mobile, along with other Digital Asset Partners and Subsidiary Companies will provide discounts and benefits that equal to $100.00(USD). These discounts and benefits help ensure that low-income consumers can afford 21st century connectivity services and the access they provide to jobs, healthcare, and educational resources.
