The ACP program is a temporary federal government program. ACP recipients will be notified by email, text message, and/or direct mail prior to the program benefit ending. When the ACP program ends, ACP recipients will be subject to the standard monthly rate for the plan and equipment in effect at that time, and subject to USC’s general terms and conditions.
